Vendors should arrive at least 1 hour before time of trade ie. Between 10-11am and be ready to trade by 12pm. Or between 3-4pm and be ready to trade by 5pm.
Vendors may only be able to exit when it is safe to do so.
Vendors must be committed to full day of trading only…no late arrivals or early departures.
Vendors are not able to sell ANY alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages except where it is their principal product and in agreeance and understanding of Yarra Street Food Fest.
Site fees include a single 10 or amp point. We have limited power but will do our best to assist where additional power is required but this will incur an additional cost.
Bins will be provided for patrons only; while vendors must take their own waste/rubbish and recyclables with them on departure.
Vendors not operating by the Food Truck Terms will be replaced in subsequent rostered dates and will forfeit any monies already paid.
Fees per day:
THUR // $65 ex GST
FRI // $95ex GST
SAT, SUN // $145 ex GST

- Be required to provide a certificate of Public Liability Insurance (Value of $10 Million) and Food Handling.
- Not be permitted to bring bottled or can drinks on-site.
- Once confirmed for events, be informed of any successful date(s), from which an invoice will be issued for the corresponding site fee(s), which are required to be paid 1 week prior to you trading on-site.
- Not be permitted to consume alcohol on-site, or be intoxicated at any times.
POWER: We will do our best to provide your required power but as we have limited power there may be days where our supply cannot cope; so if you can operate by generator please have that available and ready to go. Please HELP US by providing ACCURATE power requirements & providing extension power leads ie 15 amp if you require 15amp.
